Agreement
These terms describe the conditions for using MeshMetrics, a cloud monitoring service. By subscribing or using the demo checkout, you agree to use the product only for legitimate operational monitoring and to follow the limits of the plan selected.
Subscriptions and renewal
Plans are billed monthly. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while allowing access through the current paid period.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days. No credit card is required, and nothing is charged during the trial. The trial is intended to let you evaluate the monitoring workflow before choosing a paid subscription.
Authorized monitoring only
You may monitor only websites, APIs, services, and endpoints that you own or are authorized to monitor. You must not use MeshMetrics to probe, stress, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with systems belonging to other people or organizations without permission.
Plans and limits
Each plan has stated limits for monitors, check intervals, status pages, alerts, retention, and seats. You are responsible for choosing a plan that matches your legitimate monitoring needs. The website may describe a 99.9% platform availability target, measured monthly, where applicable; this is a target rather than an unconditional promise.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The detailed process is described in the Refund Policy.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves. You may stop using the service at any time, and access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address prohibited monitoring activity.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping the account email and subscription details accurate enough to receive activation information and service notices. You should also protect any credentials used to access the service and should notify the service owner if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Operational boundaries
The monitoring features are intended for normal health checking of authorized endpoints. A monitoring subscription does not grant permission to access private systems, bypass authentication controls, generate abusive traffic, or test a third party merely because an endpoint is technically reachable.
