Refund promise

We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility

The refund window applies to payments for MeshMetrics subscriptions. A request can be made without supplying a lengthy explanation; the purpose is to provide a straightforward way to reverse a recent subscription payment.

How to request

Use the support contact route shown on the website and identify the account email associated with the subscription. If company contact fields are populated, that route displays the relevant email automatically.

Processing

Once an eligible request is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. The displayed 5-7 business day period describes expected return timing after processing and may vary by financial institution.

Trial period

The 14-day free trial does not require a card and does not create a payment during the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from account settings. There is no cancellation fee, and cancellation does not change the stated 30-day refund process for eligible recent payments.

Questions

Refund questions are handled through support. Keep the relevant confirmation email or account address available so the support process can identify the correct subscription.

Payment records

Keep the order confirmation or account email associated with the subscription when requesting a refund. This helps support identify the payment without requiring the customer to disclose unrelated personal information. A refund is tied to the actual subscription payment rather than to a future renewal that has not yet occurred.

Renewal timing

Because plans renew automatically until cancelled, a customer who no longer wants a renewal should cancel before the next billing event. Cancellation has no fee. The existence of a renewal rule does not remove the stated 30-day refund window for an eligible recent payment.

This policy applies to the subscription payments described on the MeshMetrics pricing pages and demo checkout. It does not create a promise about third-party products or financial services that may be linked from the site. Questions about a separate vendor should be directed to that vendor.
