License grant
Subject to a valid subscription, MeshMetrics grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for legitimate monitoring activities. The scope follows the plan and license type purchased.
Ownership
You retain rights in service information, endpoint descriptions, status-page content, and other material you submit, subject to the permissions needed for MeshMetrics to operate the service. MeshMetrics does not take ownership of your underlying monitoring data.
Authorized systems
Use is limited to sites, APIs, and systems you own or are authorized to monitor. This includes a prohibition on attempts to probe, exploit, disrupt, or overload systems without permission.
Subscription behavior
Access follows the active subscription period. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. A cancellation through account settings has no cancellation fee and normally preserves access through the current billing period.
Exports and records
Where export features are provided by the plan, they may be used to preserve operational history outside the console. Retention remains subject to the storage window attached to the selected plan.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent plan limits, use it for unlawful surveillance, or republish the service as a competing monitoring platform without permission.
Warranty language
The service is provided according to published plan details. Any availability figure shown by the site is a target measured according to its stated conditions and is not a promise that every endpoint or every network path will always respond.
End of license
The license ends when the subscription ends or when access is terminated under the applicable terms. Clauses concerning ownership, payment obligations, authorized use, and limitations survive where their nature requires it.
Use of the interface
The license covers access to the hosted interface and the features associated with the subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, trademarks, interface design, or other service materials. Your right to use the service ends when the subscription ends unless another written agreement applies.
Cooperation during incidents
If monitoring traffic or configuration creates a material problem for the service or an authorized target, the user should cooperate with reasonable requests to correct the configuration. Monitoring is intended to observe systems, not to generate unnecessary load or interference.
